Admission
At Brindhavan Senior Secondary School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in a nurturing, disciplined environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to ensure fairness for all applicants.
Eligibility
- Kindergarten (LKG & UKG): Admission is based on age criteria as per CBSE norms.
- Classes I – IX: Admission is subject to seat availability, previous academic performance, and an entrance assessment.
- Senior Secondary (Classes XI & XII): Admission is merit-based, depending on the marks secured in the Class X Board Examination and the student’s choice of stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts).
Admission Procedure
- Enquiry & Registration – Parents may visit the school office or contact us for details. Registration forms must be filled out and submitted.
- Interaction/Assessment – For higher classes, students may undergo an entrance test or personal interaction to evaluate readiness.
- Document Submission – Parents must submit required documents (listed below).
- Confirmation – Admission is confirmed only after approval from the Principal and payment of prescribed fees.
Documents Required
- Birth Certificate (original + photocopy).
- Transfer Certificate (for admission from Class II onwards).
- Previous school’s Progress/Report Card.
- Aadhaar Card copy (student & parents).
- Community Certificate (if applicable).
- Passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians.
Withdrawal Policy
- A written application must be submitted to the Principal at least one month in advance for withdrawal.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
- Admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If a student is withdrawn mid-term, the entire term’s fees must be paid.
- The school reserves the right to cancel admission if false information is provided or if school rules are violated.
